We started Lubdub Media because we wanted to bring the energy, laughter, and friendships from our in-person day programs at Adults in Motion (adultsinmotion.org) into people’s homes. Our vision was simple: make excellent programs more accessible, more inclusive, and full of heart.
For us, Lubdub is about opening doors—especially for people with developmental disabilities—to explore new opportunities, learn, connect, and grow from wherever they are most comfortable.
We’ve spent our careers in the disability services community, and we lead Lubdub with compassion, honesty, and a whole lot of common sense. Those values shape the fun, family-style culture we’ve built here—where everyone is welcome and celebrated.

Outside of work, we’re proud parents to four amazing kids (ages 19 to 35), each with their own mix of talents, challenges, and adventures. They inspire us every day.
