Virtual Programs for Everyone

LUBDUB DIRECTORS Rodd and Shelley Murphy are the creators of Lubdub Media.  They were inspired by the variety of activities, friendships and downright fun that happens at their in-person day programs at Adults in Motion Canada (adultsinmotion.org). Rodd and Shelley’s vision for the Lubdub Virtual Program is to provide open accessibility to excellent programming from the comfort and convenience of people’s home.  Lubdub’s mission is to help uncover the endless possibilities for people, specifically those with developmental disabilities through on-line opportunities and experiences.  Using their lifetime careers in the disability services community, both Rodd and Shelley take great pride in providing compassionate support and authentic, honest and common sense leadership.  These values provide the foundation for Lubdub’s fun and family-style culture. As partners in life and business, Rodd and Shelley’s experience include; owning and operating mentoring homes/residential care to high-risk youth with dual diagnoses; they are the founders and directors of the Adults in Motion organization which provides day programs to adults with disabilities living across Southwestern Ontario, Canada and they have an sincere passion for helping others and finding solutions.  In their ‘spare’ time, they are the incredibly proud parents of 4 children, aged 18-34 yrs, who also have their own unique gifts, talents, and adventures, along with some learning and physical challenges.
